Cancellation policy

This policy explains how you can pause, change or cancel an AMINAH DAY subscription, and how to change or cancel a one-time order.

Subscriptions

AMINAH DAY is available as a monthly subscription (one pack delivered every 30 days) or a Double subscription (two packs delivered together every 30 days). The price and delivery frequency are shown on the product page and at checkout before you place your order.

A subscription is a recurring order. Your payment details are stored securely, and you are charged for each delivery every 30 days until you pause or cancel your subscription.

Pausing or cancelling a subscription

You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account. To avoid being charged for your next delivery, please pause or cancel before your next billing date.

Once a subscription order has been charged, it is handled like any other order, and our refund policy applies.

One-time purchases

If you would like to change or cancel a one-time order you have just placed, please contact us as soon as possible at customerhappy@aminahvital.com with your order number.
